The maximum number of participants per stage is limited to 500 orienteers.

For runners not licensed with the French Orienteering Federation (FFCO), subscribing to the PASS’EVENT is mandatory: 8 € for the entire event or 4 € per stage. This federal tax, included in the « non-FFCO » rates, allows access to all courses, regardless of technical level.
Upgrades are allowed. However, sub-classification are not permitted, except to register for the Open Violet long and short, Orange, Yellow, and Blue courses.

Sportident card rental
The rental of an SI card is 5 €. You will be asked to leave an ID (national ID card, passport, driver’s license) as a deposit at reception. In case of loss, the card will be charged at 75€.
Medical certificate
In order to participate in a competitive orienteering race (except for the leisure course), you must :
- Hold a 2025 annual competition license issued by the French Orienteering Federation (FFCO). No other sports license will be accepted.
- If you are not licensed, provide a medical self-declaration (available in your personal Sportorama space by clicking on your name in the list of participants) and send it before July 20, 2025 to 2jcapcir@sportorama.fr.
Attention : For non-FFCO licensed runners, any incomplete file by the July 20, 2025 deadline will result in automatic transfer to a leisure course (not timed).
Cancellation and Refund
In case of cancellation of the events for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain all or part of the registration fees.
Cancellations made (at the runner’s decision) before June 1, 2025 will result in an 80% refund of the registration fees.
Cancellations requested between June 2, 2025 and July 20, 2025 will result in a 50% retention of the registration fees.
No refunds will be made from July 21, 2025 onwards.
